Successfully selling Apartment properties for 19 years, Jim understands the nature of the business and how to effectively represent his clients’ best interests. The value of brokerage to his clients’ means the art of contract negotiations and constructively navigating the sometimes muddy waters of due diligence investigations to result in a positive outcome for all parties.
Jim graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 1995 with a B.S. degree.

Andrew joined the team at Northwind Commercial in the summer of 2012 specializing in multi-family investment properties and he has built a successful track record of representing his clients’ best interests over the last five years through strong due diligence and attention to detail. He brings his passion for success with integrity, tact and knowledge of the emerging changes in the marketplace to help owners reposition effectively with the added benefit of a team approach. One of his favorite aspects of this business is that every deal is different providing a new challenge to overcome.
Andrew graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate / Land Use Affairs.
